August 2020 Covid Response
The Battle Creek Public Library reopened to the public on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 and is using phase two of our reopening plan. We are back to normal hours now but library hours may be modified by the library board at any time. When visiting the library now, patrons will notice that most everything is back to normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please call the library at 712-365-4912 if you would like to schedule curbside no-contact pick-up.
An online catalog will be available for use in the library by patrons or you can visit the library catalog at home before you arrive at the library. The library website is http://www.bcpublib.weebly.com and the catalog search space is on the home page. You can see what books the library owns and which ones are available for check out. Items may be returned to the book drop located on the sidewalk in front of the library, as well as brought back inside to the library front desk.
Bridges Overdrive is available. And remember that Wi-Fi is also available 24/7 and a password is not required. For more information about Bridges, Wi-Fi, or about anything else, please contact the library at 712-365-4912. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to your visit.
